Ability: Tracking Consciousness
Sebastian’s ability is relies on his consciousness/soul being drawn to a point of interest via astral projection and a psychic connection to locate it. They required to be in current existence. Pronounced in a violet glow around his eyes, his ability is split into two separate levels of usage:
-Short range-: Activated by location question Sebastian’s eyes will light up purple and locate anything that is within the range of the eyes (yes he can see through objects). This ‘violet-eye’ vision works like tunnel vision however, and most peripheral vision is a blur of purple to him.
-Long Range-: This requires a FRESH sample of DNA from a target, once consumed Sebastian will astral project his entire soul leaving his body in what appears to be a comatose state as it searches out unseen and unheard. Thankfully he can choose when to astral project.

Drawbacks:
- Could be potentially in danger if anyone can sense spirits or seal them
- His ability has caused an obsessive trait in his personality. Things that present an interest to him he will obsess over, from objects, games, places, and people
- Short ranged: Cannot be turned off. Any and all location questions asked will cause him to see it immediately and the very reason why Sebastian hates people asking questions.
- Long ranged: It has a time limit to get back into his body (at least 1 minute) and a time limit being outside his body. Supporting this ability forces a high blood pressure into his brain, and when coming out of it for more than 1 minute he’ll be slightly dizzy. Up to 10 minutes he’ll start to bleed from all orifices in his head as the pressure attempts to relieve itself. At 15 minutes his brain will hermorrhage severely and he will die. For this reason and his obsessive traits he carries around a set of mild tranquilizers just in case he tries to push his limits (will have to injected into his heart by someone else)
- Over use of ability can cause migraines, high blood pressure, dizziness, and illness

Vehicle preferences: Dragonfly Unit (model AGX34) for heavy duty missions, but he prefers small planes and a variety of bikes, mainly home built Harley’s and Honda’s but also modern units provided by the mechanic on HQ2.

Personality: Sebastian appears to be the most grouchy, serious yet childishly competitive and picky agents you’ll ever come across. To everything he hates he’s a cold stiff brick wall, to the few this he favors he seldom shows it, ranging from people, equipment and even food. Basically he’s the type of person that will refuse to eat or pick around the stuff he hates.
He will NOT compliment you; in fact he will barely even look at you with more than a scowl and will not talk to you unless truly necessary. A person always found in self isolation he seems very much unapproachable as a person and highly regarded as a strict soldier and leader. However, what lie on the surface may not necessarily be his true feelings. Despite his ‘crotchety-grandpa’ act Sebastian is secretly sensitive to those around him; he watches and observes keenly but shuts it out. So in fact he does care, quite often more sensitive to most to others but would rather not want to. But if he finds you are hurt he will be dragging you to the medbay and make sure you get the best attention before leaving unnoticed. Really it’s all the matter of getting under his skin.
He has a slight problem with ‘obsessions’ anything he finds mildly interesting he will obsess over till it’s well over done and driving everyone up the walls (e.g. fishing till everything that can possibly hold water is filled with fish) before he drops them for the next. This gives him a variety of very odd talents, but the only one he doesn’t seem to drop is motor bikes.

Random Facts:
• Loves pocky, all sorts of tea and tea pots, colorful things and dried fruits but won’t admit it (hides it)
• Does not eat in front of people
• Will not tell you his name if he can help it
• True Tsudere type
• His eyebrows are naturally very VERY thin and his lips are particularly pale so he draws them on; not particularly proud of this.
• Very particular over maintaining his long hair and hardly cuts it. (Yes he’s very silky)
• Disappears from base time to time. Some believe this is just his joy riding, others that have seen him leave with a purple glitter over his eyes says he’s hunting.
• Very competitive
• Has ties with the governments through his family (Rich bitch)
• Incredibly attached to his sister
• Sucker for adorable things [I didn’t tell you that <_< >_>]

History:
• Second born into a high standing political-military family, both he and his sister were both forced into early military young to further their father’s political career. Even as a child he was a quiet isolating boy although very obedient. In spite of this, Sebastian proved to be effective at obtaining outstanding ranks in the French Air Force (rmée de l'Air or ALA).
• At 4 years of age gained his abilities, although mistaken for telepathy, his parents were assisted with Agents to further them. However, this required separating him from his sister. This caused him to become desperate and developed incredibly fast. Within a month he astral projected to find her 2500 miles away before being forced into his body. This nearly killed him.
• Worked alongside of Agents at the height of his military career on some of the many ‘off book’ missions his father’s political party was managing. However by the age of 22 he finally grew into his very late rebellious period despite his father covering his tracks. Yet by the time a scandal broke you for supposedly having shot his father he was jailed as a dangerous liability. He refused to have any association with his family and isolated himself thereafter.
• Agents took him into custody and since leaving his father’s direct rein Sebastian has proven to be a resourceful asset.

History Clues
• The code to his door is 'Elanor', although he does seem to respond to Elanor as a cherished person he does not answer her calls for him.
• Very particularly precious over one particular bike and his long blue hair. The later of which is part of his rebellious period.
• Has admitted due to his ability he keeps away from people since he becomes unusually attached to people. This is because since the last person he 'lost' he nearly died looking for them reaching over the limit to astral project.
+ Worked with the Navy, Airforce and Agents as a sniper, tracker and pilot before joining Agents
+ Elanor Beaureguard currently known to be a high performing middle school student. Was admitted to a hospital in the early 1990's for a unknown reason. The information regarding the admission was classified and hidden by the Beaureguard's. Currently Elanor is attending a military high school.
+ Has a worn orange helmet with a blue star in his room with the name 'Elanor' scribed inside to match a worn bike.

Fight Style: It’s all speed and precision with his weapon or craft, he is known to take risky moves to get the perfect shot, but either way Sebastian is a strongly long ranged fighter reliant on firearms. He knows basic physical combat through Taewondo and how do disarm a person with a weapon (mostly a gun). He won’t engage in hand to hand unless EXTREMELY necessary.


Medical History:

• Two old large scars over the right half of his face, crossing over his eye from forehead nearly till his jaw. These appear as ripping yet sharp cuts.
• Bullet wound to his right arm just below the shoulder, no serious damage
• Other minor scar tissue found on his hands, feet and knees.
• Tattoo down his back
• Very large scar diagonally across his chest from right clavicle to the bottom of his rib cage from a sword gash during a mission with 108.
Medical issues with abilities:
• Blood pressure and cerebral activity fluxes when using abilities.
• Vascular tissue from his neck up will expand with over use of abilities to increase blood flow without risking too much increase in blood pressure. General overuse will leave him with prolonged visible veins, high blood pressure or can cause general illness.
• Due to the ability’s association with the brain, intense migraines can occur. Pain killers and mild sedatives can be administered
• Sedatives must be administered to the heart if pressure to the brain starts causing orifices associated with the head to bleed. Bruising and hemorrhaging to the brain, paralysis, coma’s and death are a consequence to intense blood pressure for 15 minutes of using his second stage ability
• Over use of abilities causes him to catch a cold rather easily
• Major wound repair work done to the chest (2012) after a mission nearly caused him to bleed to death.
